Revamped DCP Participant Navigation is Live!
The City’s Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) is pleased to announce new navigation enhancements to the participant account management website. These enhancements were developed by the City’s DCP administrator, Voya, following an extensive research process and soliciting participant feedback nationwide. Enhancements for the City’s site launched on July 18, 2021. New navigation tools, including visual icons, make it easier to access frequently used functions and explore all of the many resources the website has to offer. Check out the following highlights:
New Home Page Look
The redesigned home page makes it easy to find the most frequently used resources, such as tools for making contribution changes, reviewing investments, and learning about loans.
Website Navigation for Top Three Transactions
The following screenshots illustrate how the website allows you to quickly and easily accomplish three of the most commonly used transactions: contribution change, managing investments, and new loans.
1. Contribution Change
My Retirement Account > Acontributions & Savings > Manage Contributions
Then Select "Update My Contributions"

DCP Raffle Giveaway Rules
To be entered into the raffle to win a DCP teddy bear, you must have an active account with the DCP (meaning your account balance is greater than $0.00) and log in to your DCP account before 11:59 p.m. on August 14, 2021. Each individual meeting this criteria will receive one entry into the raffle. A random drawing will be conducted by the DCP staff no later than August 31, 2021 to select 100 winners. The winners will be selected using a random number generator or similar method available to staff. Teddy bears will be mailed to winners at the address on file with the DCP.
