UNOFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS
A special election for the Active Participant WPERP Representative seat for the Board of Deferred Compensation Administration (Board) was held on September 16, 2021. Based on unofficial results tabulated by the Office of the City Clerk - Election Division (City Clerk), Jeremy Wolfson won the election for the Active Participant WPERP Representative seat with 73% of the votes cast. Mr. Wolfson will serve the remainder of the term ending June 30, 2024.
Official election results will be certified by the City Clerk within 14 calendar days after the election.

Official notice of election and sample ballot for the Active Participant WPERP Representative seat is now available. The term of the seat will begin upon confirmation of the election results and end June 30, 2024. Election Day is Thursday, September 16, 2021. In order to be counted, ballots must be received by the Office of the City Clerk – Election Division no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2021.

FILING PERIOD OPEN FOR SPECIAL ELECTION FOR WPERP REPPRESENTATIVE
Participants of the Deferred Compensation Plan (DCP) who are also active employee members of the Water and Power Employees’ Retirement Plan (WPERP) are eligible to participate as a candidate in the Thursday, September 16, 2021 special election for the Board of Deferred Compensation Administration Active Participant WPERP Representative seat.
Thursday, July 29, 2021 is the first day for participants to obtain candidate materials to be placed on the Official Ballot. Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 4:00 pm is the last day to return completed candidate materials.
